Democracy in management can be achieved through job enrichment, jog enlargement and empowerment (Gautam, 2015).The Herzbergs theory is very crucial towards t he health care manager is it is there to define motivation to his employees. Managers will have the responsibility of creating a motivating environment that is less stressful to employees (Gautam, 2015). Highly motivated employees tend to be productive hence the application of the Herzbergs theory. The responsibility of health care managers towards their employees is to ensure that hygiene factors are not neglected, and proper mechanisms are implemented to facilitate the motivators towards job satisfaction. (Dunn, 2010).The Herzbergs theory advocates that too much reliance on factor either the hygiene factor of the motivators may lead job satisfaction.
